Sunny and comfortably warm Sunday

SYRACUSE, NY (WSYR-TV) – The rest of this holiday weekend looks fantastic for anything you may have planned during the day or night, such as camping, bonfires, fireworks, golf, boating, swimming, hiking, etc. …Details are below…
OVERNIGHT:
Mostly clear skies and temperatures cooling into the 50s across the region at daybreak Sunday.
SUNDAY:
The high pressure coming in from the northwest is keeping us high and dry and beautiful for the middle of the holiday weekend!
Sunshine and comfortable temperatures with low humidity remain around Sunday. Temperatures will likely be a few degrees lower than Saturday, but highs in the mid to high 70s will still be pleasant. Enjoy!

SUNDAY NIGHT:
It’s another fantastic night for going out and around Sunday evening under mostly clear skies with pleasantly cool air. Lows fall again in the 50s!

MONDAY 4E FROM JULY:
In recent days we were a little worried about possibly some showers outside Canada on Monday, but this is no longer the case. Fortunately, showers are now expected to stay north of the border for the most part until after midnight Monday evening.
If there are showers Monday evening, they should be north of Syracuse near and north of the Lake Ontario shoreline.
So, with that said, enjoy whatever Independence Day plans you may have! Don’t forget to slather on sunscreen as we will be in plenty of sunshine. The 4e itself is a comfortably warm day with highs around 80.

Happy 4e of July from the Storm Team!
By the way, the next best chance for showers and storms comes on Tuesday before a cold front. Stay tuned for updates.
