Full Moon Yoga and Camping Retreat
Friday, September 9, 6 p.m. – Saturday, September 10, 8 a.m.
The garden invites you to enjoy nature after hours under the summer sky with yoga and mindful group practices led by instructor Lisa Griffiths, and the circle of fire at moonrise led by Isabelle George LMFT . Celebrate community with sunset and sunrise yoga, snuggle up in nature, and spend the night with indoor and outdoor camping options. Go on an adventure of stay and well-being! All inclusive. (rental of tents for 2 people plus configuration available as an option).
*Be one of the first 5 people to register and take your pick of pre-booked outdoor camping spots. Cards will be provided to the first 5 people registered.

ACCOMMODATION:
Outdoor camping – Rent a tent and set it up by scouts. ($40 extra)
2 person tent. The scouts will set up your tent from 5 to 5:30 p.m. and take down your tent from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Guests may arrive at 5:30 p.m. to set up items in your tent (please do not arrive before 5:30 p.m.). The first 5 registrants can choose their campsite.
Camping – bring your own tent. (included in the ticket price)
Guest set-up is from 5:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in designated areas. Bring your own equipment: ground mattress recommended, sleeping bag, pillow.
“interior” camping – Education Center available for indoor camping (included in ticket price)
Bring a sleeping pad, pillow, sleeping bag, and any other items you need that fit in a travel bag.

TOILET
Sanitary facilities on site.
SECURITY
Staff members will be on site. The swing gate to the parking lot and the entrance gates will close at the start of the retreat. * You are welcome to attend the evening portion only, there is no re-entry for the morning portion of the retreat. . The camping buddy system still applies. Designated quiet hours will be observed for indoor and outdoor camping.
WHAT TO BRING
Yoga mat Flashlight or headlamp If camping outdoors (see above) Lantern if you like to have light in or around your tent Folding chairs are provided for the ring of fire. You can bring your own camping chair if you prefer. Empty mason jar with lid for “moon water”. You will make your own moon water to sip. Newspaper (optional) BYO-Fork, bring your own fork for meals 😊 We prefer not to buy plastic.
Further details will be sent to participants. You are strongly encouraged to “unplug”. However, we have WI-FI and sockets to charge devices.
